July 4, 2010 Vacation Bible School
VBS is here! In only a few short weeks Surge Kidz will be hosting High Seas Expedition on July 14-16 from 6-8 pm. Come join us as we invite kids to learn about God's word! July 4th Celebration The elementary students of Surge Kidz will be participating in the Independence day celebration in Big Church this Sunday. We are asking all students to come in a red, white, or blue shirt and meet us in the Wave House at normal service time. All children will participate. Remember if kids bring in their buddy barrells with as little as 1 cent or as much as 6 cagillion dollars they will be entered into the monthly drawing for the BGMC prize. This month is a buddy box full of chocolate candies and as an added bonus every kid who brings their buddy barrell will recieve a coupon to Chik-Fil-A. June 6, 2010 Vacation Bible School VBS is here! To register, to volunteer or get more information click here . Promotion Sunday Sunday, June 13th, is promotion Sunday. We will be celebrating the end of another school year and promoting every child to the older age group. What this means is fifth graders will move to 678 and kindergartners will move to the Wave House. There will also be First Hour changes. Be on the look out for more information in the mail. BGMC Sunday It was BGMC Sunday this Sunday. Congratulations to Steven for winning the big BGMC prize, and all students whow brought their Buddy Barrells won a free Chick-Fil-a coupon giving them free ice cream, fries, or chicken. This week kids learned what BGMC does for missionaries in Romania. It was a great time. Royal Rangers Volunteer Oppotunity Do you like working with your hands? Do you like learning new things? Are looking for a place to minister that is different from the common every day ministry? Then Royal Rangers is the place for you. We are currently looking for volunteers in for boys in third to fifth grade. No prior knowledge required!
